LSA offers the following tools to assist you in using our INTERPRETALK® service. These tools can be customized based on your needs (ex. dedicated toll-free numbers, specific user instructions, customized graphics, etc.).
- INTERPRETALK® FAQ – Frequently asked questions about INTERPRETALK®.
- Desktop Reference Card for easy user instruction. Includes adhesive backing.
- “Please Point to your Language” Posters. This tool assists in identifying a language by allowing the non-English speaker to point to their language. This tool will also inform the individual that they are being connected to an interpreter.
- “One Moment Please” Tool for face-to-face and telephone communication. This tool assists in telling the non-English speaker, “One moment, please”. It is printed in the target language as well as spelled out phonetically for easy pronunciation. This allows you time to connect with INTERPRETALK®.
